20 Day challenge




Starting yourslef off into something new can be a little difficult, but with the righ tmindset and courage you can achieve anything. I go out of town next month and i have a few goals I want to be ready to enjoy myself while I'm there with no stressing or restrictions.


As a person who doesnt like to feel restricted I have learned how to work with myself to get the best progress. I will tend to stop and go backwards with he time is coming up to close for a 75 hard challenge so im going to opt for something shorter like a 30 day challenge. These are going to be the rules taking a picture or video of the first day and the last day.


  • Two hours of physically activity daily (try to have one outside)

  • Drink at least a liter of water throughout the day

  • NO dairy

  • Stairmaster for 45 minutes a day

  • Only one sweet treat a week

  • At least a 30 minute stretch daily

  • Meditations and affrimations for 15 minutes a day

  • Journaling daily and gratitude

  • Read at least 6 pages a day

  • Get fresh fruit at least Once a week



This is a preperation for the upcoming 75 hard challenge. This is custum to me, but if you want to take this journey with me you can. Take and alter what you need to to achieve your goals, you got this dolls.
